In the aftermath of an atrocity, it is difficult to gather authentic and relevant documentation of the atrocity to use as evidence against the perpetrators. What tools, technologies, or mechanisms could a person use to safely and securely document an atrocity while minimizing the risk posed to those collecting this information?
This is an Ideation Challenge with a guaranteed award for at least one submitted solution.

This Challenge seeks creative mechanisms, tools, or technologies that a person could use to document evidence of mass violence while minimizing the risk to collect this information.
This is an Ideation Challenge, which has the following unique features:
After the Challenge deadline, the Seeker will complete the review process and make a decision with regards to the Winning Solution(s).All Solvers who submitted a proposal will be notified on the status of their submissions; however, no detailed evaluation of individual submissions will be provided.
