Need

Organizations are rapidly adopting AI agents to automate increasingly complex business processes. While the capabilities of large language models continue to evolve, successful enterprise deployments depend on experts who can design, orchestrate, integrate, and govern multiple AI agents working together within reliable, secure, and scalable workflows.

We are seeking experienced AI Agent Orchestration professionals to join a talent pool for potential consulting and project opportunities.

Rather than proposing a technical solution to a specific problem, applicants are invited to demonstrate their experience designing and deploying production-ready multi-agent AI systems.

In order to be shortlisted, applicants will have to demonstrate real-world industry experience architecting AI agent workflows, integrating agents with enterprise systems, managing prompts and context, implementing governance and observability, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Challenge

Wazoku is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals with demonstrated expertise in designing, deploying, and operating enterprise AI agent orchestration systems.

A Wazoku client is preparing an upcoming engagement focused on the development and deployment of enterprise AI agent solutions. This call is intended to identify experienced specialists with proven technical expertise in multi-agent AI systems, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI implementation.

Selected applicants may be invited to participate in future consulting, contract, or Prize-based opportunities.

We invite candidates from industry, consulting, software engineering, enterprise technology, research, and related fields to demonstrate their experience through examples of previous AI agent orchestration projects, supporting technical evidence, and professional credentials.

Interested Solvers should apply with a Collaboration Proposal describing their relevant expertise and project experience, General Information about the applicant, a current CV/resume, and evidence of previous real-world industry work such as GitHub repositories, technical publications, architectural documentation, or other demonstrable examples of expertise and industry deployments of your work.

Solution Requirements

The ideal applicant will be:

  • Qualified – able to demonstrate and evidence substantial experience designing, deploying, or managing enterprise AI agent systems through previous commercial, consulting, research, or software engineering projects.
  • Interested – seeking opportunities to contribute their expertise to future Wazoku client engagements involving enterprise AI and agentic workflows.

Applicants should also demonstrate experience in several of the following areas:

  • Multi-agent AI system architecture and orchestration
  • Agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
  • Prompt engineering and context management
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations
  • Vector databases and embedding strategies
  • Python software development
  • REST APIs and enterprise systems integration
  • Workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Temporal, Make, Zapier)
  • AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, and governance
  • Human-in-the-loop workflow design
  • AI security, permission management, and prompt injection mitigation
  • Deployment of AI solutions within enterprise environments

Applicants should be able to demonstrate and evidence real-world industry delivery experience rather than purely theoretical or academic knowledge.

Participation Guidance

1. Submission Close Date: Submissions to this Challenge must be received by 11:59 PM (US Eastern Time) on August 3, 2026.

2. Late submissions: Late submissions will not be considered.

3. Only 1 submission: please only submit one application to this Challenge. Any other submissions will be deleted prior to evaluation.

4. Submission form and attachments: Your submission will be evaluated by the evaluation team first reviewing the information and content you have submitted at the submission form, with attachments used as additional context to your form submission. Submissions relying solely on attachments will receive less attention from the evaluation team.

5. Evaluation notification steps: After the Challenge submission close date, Innocentive will review and shortlist applicants according to the timeline in the Challenge header. Everyone who submits a proposal will be notified about the status of their submissions.

6. Use of AI: Please note that any submissions produced solely with generative AI are not of interest.
