Jon Fredrickson is a proven practitioner and leading innovation executive focused on InnoCentive’s efforts leading the North American sales team in the private sector, and is responsible for leadership to the public sector in the United States and State/Local Government practice.
For over 30 years, he has led teams in innovation, business transformation and crowdsourcing within Fortune 100 companies, NFP’s and Governments around the world. Jon has worked with teams across the United States, Europe, Asia, ME, and South America in defining key innovation priorities and delivering superior results.
Today, he leads a team of professionals at InnoCentive whose mission is to help identify and implement new strategies for using Open Innovation/Crowdsourcing and deploying InnoCentive’s Enterprise Platform for Innovation to accelerate innovation success, optimize spending and accelerate innovation execution into private sector and government initiatives/programs.
