The National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is looking for student perspectives on what the barriers are that inhibit and/or deter students away from trades-based careers.
They're also looking to understand how NNL can help overcome those barriers, with the goal of enticing and creating pathways for young talent to enter trades-based career paths.
What is a Challenge?
A Challenge is a process in which people submit answers to problem-focused questions that companies need to resolve. Many Challenges come with guaranteed payouts of cash prizes.
What are you expected to do?
To be in with a chance of winning, students must submit a detailed description of their solution. Solutions must be relevant to the Challenge question and details in the description.
What are the benefits?
Students can boost their CV working on real-world problems, gain exposure to global companies and, if awarded, their solutions can earn up to £15,000.
