The existing facility will be retrofitted to be a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and meet ICD 705.

The Seeker is looking to build a 100 person basic office SCIF facility in Northern Texas before the end of 2019. This will involve an existing building that will need to be retrofitted to meet ICD 705. Your proposal should be written to convince the Seeker that you have the skills and abilities to accomplish the task such that they will wish to establish a partnership with you to further discuss and contract the work.

This is an electronic Request-for-Partners (eRFP) Challenge.  The Solver will write a preliminary proposal/resume (about 3–5 pages including contact information) to be evaluated by the Seeker with a goal of establishing a collaborative partnership. Upon completion of the evaluation, the Seeker may contact selected Solvers directly to work out terms for a collaboration contract. The monetary value of the contract will vary depending on the amount of work to be delivered and the time frame agreed upon. The time frame is expected to be over 1-2 years potentially.

(NOTE: proposals from Solvers/Teams/Companies who have the ability to work directly as the collaboration partner (Contractor) will be considered and they must have/establish capabilities and facilities to do work in Northern Texas.
