A design is required for a high-throughput filling system that is capable of arraying and filling 3000 small cylinders per minute.

A design for a cost effective filling process is required. The designed system should be capable of arraying small cylinders, presenting them to the filler, reproducibly filling them, and releasing them. 

The system should be capable of reproducibly filling 3000 cylinders per minute with a non-newtonian viscous matrix . 

This is a Theoretical Challenge that requires only a written proposal to be submitted.  The Challenge award will be contingent upon theoretical evaluation of the proposal by the Seeker. 

To receive an award, the Solvers will have to transfer to the Seeker their exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) rights to the solution.  However, the Seeker will be willing to consider a licensingagreement for a partial award if exclusive IP cannot be transferred by the Solver.
