Challenge overview

Procter & Gamble is looking for a robust and efficient simulation capability for application to three dimensional interactions of deformable hyper elastic solids with non-Newtonian fluid materials that include a capillary free surface.

P&G is seeking to expand its’ simulation technology portfolio by pursuing partners with existing simulation capability applicable to a specific fluid-solid interaction problem.  This is an opportunity to introduce your simulation technology capabilities to Procter & Gamble with the goal of gaining a working agreement.

This is an electronic Request-for-Partners (eRFP) Challenge; the Solver will only need to submit a written capabilities description with your contact information to be evaluated by Procter & Gamble. Please submit your non-confidential information and a description of your simulation technology capabilities in enough detail that we may evaluate against our needs for potential collaborations with you.

Simulation technology is being used more often as means of streamlining and speeding up the design to market process. P&G is seeking to expand its’ simulation technology portfolio by pursuing partners with existing simulation capability applicable to a specific fluid-solid interaction problem.

We are looking for a robust and efficient simulation capability for application to three dimensional interactions of deformable hyper elastic solids with non-Newtonian fluid materials that include a capillary free surface.

This is an electronic Request-for-Partners (eRFP) Challenge.  The Solver will write a description of capabilities (and supporting non-confidential information including contact details) to be evaluated by Procter & Gamble with a goal of initiating further detailed conversations.  Upon completion of the evaluation, Procter & Gamble may contact selected Solvers directly to work out terms. The monetary value of the contract will vary depending on the amount of work to be delivered and the time frame agreed upon.

(NOTE: Solvers proposals should share non-confidential information for consideration.)
