Challenge overview

Material supply of non-commercial compounds matching the shown core structure is desired.    The Seeker intends to award multiple Solvers for each of their qualifying submissions.

Intellectual Property:  In return for the Initial Transfer Fee of  $700 or $2,000 per compound, you are expected to grant the Seeker only a non-exclusive license to use your compound for internal, research purposes (for example, researching the molecule’s properties or preparing derivatives of the molecule).

Material supply of non-commercial compounds matching the shown core structure is desired.  The Seeker intends to award multiple Solvers for each of their qualifying submissions.

By the deadline, Solvers are requested to provide a list of structures which meet the Requirements listed in the Detailed Description of the Challenge. For the structures that are selected by the Seeker, the Solver shall then send in material samples along with documentation of their purity. 

Referral Award:  If you refer a new Solver to this Challenge and he or she receives an award for the Challenge, you will receive an award equal to 10% of what your referred Solver received.

This Challenge is targeting Solvers who: 

  • have matching compounds already made (on the shelf), or;
  • are ready to synthesize matching compounds within the provided timelines.

This Challenge provides Solvers with a three month time period for preparing the selected compounds after the deadline of the Challenge.
